At SONGMICS HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization and furniture purchases. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
